What this firm looks for
Drawn from Greenberg Traurig's own recruitment materials
Based on the firm's published recruitment materials, graduate recruitment commentary and stated values.
Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive development
Senior Early Careers Advisor Gisela Scarsella says the firm seeks motivated individuals who demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to their personal and professional development.
Curiosity shown through initiative
Scarsella again: candidates should show curiosity and taking initiative, whether through involvement in student societies, part-time jobs, volunteering or entrepreneurial ventures, not just academic results.
Willing to be pushed outside comfort zone
Co-training principals James Mountain and Jessica Ganagasegaran say what matters most is enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and be pushed outside your comfort zone, and that trainees should actively help shape their own training experience.
